Processing time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Delivery times

• UK: 1-2 business days once dispatched
• We do not ship Internationaly.

Shipping costs

• UK: £2.90 flat rate.
  

Tracking You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delays Occasionally production or courier delays happen (weather, high demand, customs for international orders). We'll notify you if your order is running significantly behind the estimate above.

Customs & import duties (international orders) For orders outside the UK, you may be liable for import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.

Incorrect address Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, though we'll always try to help resolve it.
